What We Do

IPN Valuers provide developers with the finer details of their project, including insight into the value, feasibility, budget, and other financial details for the project, allowing them to make educated decisions about whether to proceed with a project and to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

The process that IPN Valuers conduct involves a detailed examination of:

  • Access to utilities and other infrastructure
  • Potential environmental risks  
  • Project scope  
  • Number and size of the buildings  
  • The types of materials used  
  • The estimated timeline of completion  


In addition to evaluating the technical aspects of a project, development feasibility services also include financial analysis. Including a detailed cost estimate of the project, including construction costs, materials, labour, and other expenses. Also including a revenue projection, estimating the potential income from the project, such as rent or sales revenue.
